Part of a complex of apartments, take two flights of stairs up to the entrance. Stepping inside, an inner porch provides convenient storage for surfboards and beach equipment. The excellent living room is open plan with outstanding views through the large picture window and patio doors leading out onto the balcony. With the kitchen area to one corner, a strategically positioned dining table allows you to enjoy the spectacular view whilst having a meal or it provides a place to just take in the ever-changing scene in a relaxed atmosphere. When it’s time for bed, there are two attractive bedrooms - the king-size bedroom is spacious with an en-suite facility, and a separate bathroom serves the second pretty twin. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the shared, indoor heated swimming pool and toddler pool.
Located right above Putsborough Beach, this is the ideal coastal retreat. The beach is sheltered by cliffs and is ideal for swimming and surfing. The South West Coast Path is adjacent to the property, perfect for cyclists and walkers and during the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments. A 3-mile walk along the beach or Coast Path will bring you to the award-winning beach in Woolacombe with plenty of opportunities to enjoy warmer weather and the village itself being home to a wealth of good places to eat and drink. Further afield is the vibrant village of Braunton (4 miles) or the iconic seaside town of Ilfracombe (9 miles) with its harbour, aquarium and seafront offering plenty of activities.
