This was an amazing propety for the two nights we stayed. Big spacious room. Clean and well presented and the staff were amazing. It was a brilliant budget hotel!

Welcoming

I appreciate the warm welcome from the receptionist who remembered that I stayed there before and who gave me a discount for comedy. It was great to get the same room as before which met the needs I expressed.

Really good value

Really good value for Brighton. Comfortable and clean. Quiet at night. Really central. Bit cold in the room because the window is a bit drafty, but no big deal. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service from reception

The guy at reception was really helpful.I had a problem with my shower and he came up straight away and sorted it out. I had booked into a single room and was upgraded to a double room which was really nice.
