Nice comfy room on 5th floor. No complaints Great breakfast. The only suggestion I have is: This Hilton group have scrapped fridges in the room according to the staff I spoke to. Not a big issue but water in the room is a basic. There is tinned water available at reception at no charge. Reception staff should be offering water at time of check in. Not wait until someone has to return to the desk for it. Other than that all good.

We just booked the standard room which was quite expensive £180 but for a Hilton I expected a bigger room. Tiny room looking out onto the worst view of a flat roof and pipes. A little disappointing. In the morning we realised we had no bath towels at all. Rang house keeping but took 20 mins to get them to us and my husband was using a hand towel to fry himself . When I asked the housekeeper cleaning rooms opposite I’d she could provide me with towels she said no!!!! You are not my room and was quite annoyed I’d asked. Very rude. No what I expect from a Hilton . The common areas are very lovely and rooms are decorated also very well.
