Reception told me that there were cheaper options than your company which is why the person checking in next to me was paying less. The king-size bed was two beds pushed together with a big ridge down the middle which made it uncomfortable. The only drinks or food available on Saturday evening at 10 pm was via room service. The tiny lounge area was strewn with other peoples rubbish because tables and the area around them were not being cleaned. My room had not been made up when I returned after 5 pm and quite frankly I would not book this hotel at all and certainly not through you if you charge me more than other companies charge. I appreciate there are still difficulties post 19 July due to Covid but other hotels have coped much much better. Although you call this a public review I will not expect to see it on your platform.

I didn't like the hight restrictions on parking or the fact the bar run out of draft beer the shower was missing a rubber seal so the bathroom got flooded empty shower gel container the towel rack was hanging off the wall and chairs on the balcony were dirty

Convenient location.

Pros: Location
Cons: parts of the hotel could do with some redecoration!
Location: I was staying at the hotel for work purposes. I am a salesperson and it is convenient to enable me to see my clients who are situated locally.
Having stayed here before I knew what to expect. it was as I remember it. It is not a "flash" hotel but it has all the facilities that I required. It is also ideally situated for my requirements.

Nice hotel directly at the seafront

Pros: Very good breakfast
Location: Go to the beach, walk along the seafront, good shopping facilities nearby
We had a good time there, enjoyed the view of the seaside, went shopping, visited some very good restaurants
