All of the staff that we met were polite friendly and nothing felt like too much trouble. We had a sea view room with a balcony, it was spacious and everything we needed. My only gripe was the pillows were too soft but that is a completely personal preference and I didn’t investigate whether there was a pillow menu or not.

Check was smooth & very welcoming. Even a little treat of a cocktail for my birthday. Room was amazing, cracking view (was a shame about the weather but that can’t be helped) Evening meal was delicious, shame the waitress didn’t know what she was doing or what we could order. Did leave us worried for the morning as made to sign an expensive bill. Cocktails were lush & the bed was soooo comfy. Breakfast was again delicious & service a 1000% better. Check out was easy & thankfully no large bill & the Lovley girl apologised for the night before. Deffo recommend the Malmaison when staying in Brighton. Stayed in a view Malmaison & this is the nicest to date.
