Very clean and great location for the KeyBank center and the casino both walkable distance . Very good hot tub and pool and room was good clean and the service was easy and friendly.

The sidewalks and parking lot was a sheet of ice. No one put salt out or salted the parking lot. The mirror had a large crack. Major law suit waiting to happen!!!

Enjoyed the proximity to Key Bank Centre. Pool and hot tub facilities were excellent. Staff was friendly and cordial and parking was within the hotel property. Easy in and out.

Everything was pretty clean minus the bathroom. Fire alarm woke us up. There was no staff to direct or help anyone. It was on for over an hour and the hotel made no attempt to tell anyone why or how long it would be. It took us going back in for them to tell us it was fine to go back to our room with the alarm still going… staff and attitudes didn’t make it worth while.
