I Forget my Bracelet/ Hand WATCH in Bathroom . I tried to Contact with them many times. They Don't have any LOST & STOLEN department. Even they Don't have After Sale Service. House-Keeping Department Terrible. No one answered the Calls.

Enjoyed the stay

We all loved staying at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Buffalo. The rooms were nice and comfy, and the area was beautiful. I had the opportunity to introduce my daughter to family she had never met, and she had a great time visiting and touring Niagara Falls!

Didn't realize this hotel was downtown when booked, it was great though and they were very accommodating with our kids and helping us figure out parking. Great staff and beautiful hotel.
