Great hotel with fantastic staff. Everybody I interacted with was welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Pradeep. I was upgraded to a lovely room with a beautiful view of the river. It was quiet and very comforable.

We paid much more money to stay here because of the location which was walkable to everything we wanted to do. The outdoor area by the canal was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. 3 out of the 7 nights we had no housekeeping at all and we were gone all day sightseeing. I complained after 2 days in a row and things got better and then on our last day no service again so my husband complained and they offered free drink tickerts. We had already been to dinner and wanted a clean room not drinks. Will not stay in any Hilton hotel again.

The hotel was generally good, some cobwebs in some of the corners of the bedroom, the hairdryer was old and substandard for this type of hotel. Considering that this hotel has a spa, the lack of bathrobes in the bedroom was a disappointment. Lastly, the breakfast was subpar considering the type of hotel; the options and quality were of a budget hotel type, and even the inability to request specific breakfast items, along with the lack of alternatives such as lactose-free and gluten-free options, was indeed disappointing.

Excellent stay. Nice, well appointed rooms. Excellent staff in housekeeping. Really nice bar and the Garden House was good breakfast buffet, lunch/dinner. Location couldn’t be better, right on Cam, really close to the colleges.

The hotel is a bit worn but quaint and quirky. The welcome was good, there were no gowns in the room and you have to walk across a car park to get to the swimming pool . The waiting staff w we e not that attentive.

The property is wonderful and rooms are excellent. Anyway, due to personal problems we checked in one day later, so we could only sleep there 1 night. I asked for a free breakfast to compensate, but the person at the reception didn't agree on that, too bad! It would have been a nice gesture from them!

Absolutely love position of hotel and friendliness of staff. Had free upgrade to room with balcony which was wonderful although the balcony defiantly needed a good clean as had duck poo and dirt and lots of cobwebs on it Coffee machine not boiling hot
