Ibis Cambridge

The staff are really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing selection of food. Hotel is in a very convenient location and we do enjoy our stays there.

I booked in advance for husband’s birthday when booked train times there was replacement service on journey home doubling journey time tried to change hotel to following but after many attempts had no choice but to lose whole of booking cost through no choice of own Absolutely gutted and angry

The bed is comfortable, the sheets are clean, the bathroom is very small and gets wet when you turn on the shower, the water in the shower has little pressure. The location is excellent next to the station.
