The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was pristine.However, there was what looked like black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and there were no glasses or water in the room. Also the fire alarm going off in the early morning, when I had been planning a lie-in, was not ideal! But they had both gluten free cereal and soya milk, and were very attentive.
