I do not recommend this resort! Traveled with my wife and we both got food poisoning! Management does not care and takes no responsibility. Luis at the front desk was especially rude and dismissive. The food is not being handled properly and the options are VERY limited. No single serve bottled water is being offered! The are NO bathrooms at the restaurants, you have to go in the lobby. We will not be returning.

Limited food variety, but ok for the price and being an all inclusive Hotel I guess. Most of the servers looked and acted as if they didn’t want to be there. Only one good guy that earned well deserved tips throughout our stay. His name is Neto and works at the buffet for lunch and dinner time. One of the things that stood out the most was how rude and disrespectful the staff at the kids water park were. They will start letting you know( In a very pushy way) that the park is closing 40 min before closing time, which is 5pm. Then 20 min before 5 a staff member came and shut the shades on top of the lazy chairs we were seating at. No “excuse me” or manners at all. When we told him it was disrespectful, he brushed it off and said “it’s time to go, you people take too long”. We have a picture of the staff member we can provide.

July 2025 Family Vacation

My family of 4, kids 11 and 4 went to celebrate a coworkers daughters 15 year birthday. Pros: The hotel is a good size but does not require a lot of walking. The water park was a hit with the kids. The amount of chairs in the beach and around the pools were nice. They had activities and shows throughout the day/night. They have a doctor on location, which somebody from the birthday party had to seek after twisting and spraining their ankle. The staff overall was extremely nice and gracious. It is not located in the "Hotel Zone" which makes it so that it is not as busy, which may be a con to some, but for our family, it was great. Cons: Don't expect great food here. It is mediocre at best. The shows while entertaining aren't the best quality. As you know the gift shop overcharges, but trying to bill almost $40 for kids Tylenol is just robbery.

Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Security guards staring at you all day at the pools. Very uncomfortable. 2 bartenders at swim up bars were great! Buffet food was delicious! We also loved the Japanese restaurant. The steakhouse was really bad and service there was awful!

Very family friendly and clean resort. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The dining hall had a variety of entrees to choice from. I have preferred if the standard rooms had a table and a chair in it.
