Arrived late afternoon and the check in was just ok. I have stayed here many times and the Reception staff have always been so friendly and professional. This gentleman clearly was not bothered at all. The room was absolutely freezing and the radiator was only just warm. There was another heater that I managed to plug in and pull closer to the bed to warm up the bed sheets. I have never stayed in a colder room. The plug by the mirror is positioned too low to plug in any straighteners or device you may want to use which renders it useless!!!

Rooms where spacious, and warm. Slightly outdated and need work however the bath in the room was fabulous. Shower had good pressure. We did not have the breakfast, but had pizza and snacks at the bar when we checked in.

Room was supposedly the upgraded room but ceiling was peeling in bathroom. Grouting missing from door tinted.. crying in bedroom had large damp stained patch and the furniture was old and dated by not in a historic way.
