Property had no closing windows on ground floor - no latches to lock window - anyone could open from outside . Walls filthy , bathroom walls had blood on them . Hasn’t been decorated in years . Terrible hotel

Good location for accessing the train to London being a short taxi drive away from the station. Lots of free parking if you need it. Friendly staff and good value for a stay.

Stayed here a few times recently. Good location for my needs. Friendly staff. Free parking. Bit dated but ok for the money. Occasional free upgrade. Lodge rooms a bit tatty.

Stayed here a number of times. Its nothing fancy but the rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. Its relatively clean and has good access to the railway station a short taxi ride away. Parking on site is also free. Only slight downside is check in isnt until 4pm.

Very old in poor condition and rear door to outside broken and would not close. Cheap room but not recommend.

The property is incredibly run down and depressing. The reception area is appalling, with saggy leather armchairs with holes in them dirty tables, a TV permanently some awful American channel, a pool table and vending machines. I didn’t risk the food, but the barman was pleasant enough.
