Lovely stay

Staff were really friendly. Plenty of parking (£6). Electric charger in Harvester across the road. Rooms really clean. Breakfast good variety, well stocked and hot.

It was absolutely perfect for my short trip to Derby. Room was really nice, Dove toiletries were a good touch and the breakfast was a better than a lot of hotels I've been at lately.

Tired/old crampt room

Whole hotel and room smelt like an old vacuum bag, air con was noisy and old and smelt, not enough plug sockets in the room, and once the sofa bed was out the room was far too small for a family! Breakfast was okay, filled a hole Staff were friendly, lift felt like it was going to break so used the stairs.
