We’ve stayed here multiple times and love the hotel. Parking is great and it’s usually reasonably priced. This time it was busy so price was higher which was ok but we had a room right beside the entry to the bar, no issue again, the bar was not noisy but the room felt very cramped compared to the ones we usually have on the other side of the building. The shower temperature was impossible to control, it was either scalding or freezing. It’s our first disappointment with this hotel and we will request a room on the other side of the building now we’re aware of this.

The room was quite small. Kettle had hole in it. Restaurant menu was very disappointing. My husband is gluten free so there was two things on menu he picked the curry and because he couldn't had the flatbread i asked for chips instead and was told we would have to pay fot it extra . Not impressed
