Our eleven-bedroom residence spans over 1.4 acres and is the perfect luxury getaway for those wanting to relax and rejuvenate. Directly across the street from the marina, The Watermark can be accessed either by boat or car.

Our newly redesigned rooms & suites allow you to enjoy tranquil accommodations, bay or pool views. These charming guest rooms have been thoughtfully redesigned with your comfort in mind.

**We want to ensure that everyone who stays with us, as well as our neighbors, enjoy the comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable environment our neighborhood is accustomed to. Please note that guests are asked not to play loud music outside at all times. No DJs, no loud speakers to be used outside, no noisy gathering outside in the garden especially after 10 pm.

**We kindly ask that if you are looking to host a gathering and anticipate there being loud activity or sound, that you make alternative accommodations. Please plan to stay with us when you’re looking for a more low-key getaway.

**Please note that with beautiful summer months come insects. Our team goes above and beyond to keep the inside and perimeter of our property lined with insecticide, however there may be times when they are encountered. We are not accountable for ants or bees who make their way in or around the property, as they are a part of the natural environment and are out of our control.

**For Pool Heater Usage: 40 gallons (half tank) is complimentary. Usage of more than half a tank will be at an additional charge of $350 per 90 gallon tank

**Parking is for maximum of 8 cars. There is no street parking allowed.
