Shower curtain rod kept falling. I only got one wash cloth and I asked for two and when I got there they didn’t give me my slip to get my $50 back at check out when I left. I won’t be coming back and the lady this morning was not friendly at all.

Jennifer at check-in and out was terrific, very friendly and helpful. Cleaning person was not helpful I asked for clean towels after being there two days, she said she would get us some but 3 hours later still no towels I tracked her down and asked again she said give me your dirty ones which I went back to my room and got them then finally got clean ones. I also emptied my trash cans. I don’t expect full service when staying 3 days but clean towels and trash removal should be included. We have stayed at Richards many times over the years and have had better housekeeping service in the past.
