Great location. The hotel however is a little tired, worn and in need of sprucing up decor wise. It doesn’t look like it’s been redecorated since the 70s. Heating also didn’t work in my room, but a portable heater was delivered to me.

Not a bad basic hotel.

We only wanted a room and breakfast so didn't use the restaurant and bar. Unfortunately though the towels were clean the had holes in them. The room was smallish and a bit tired. Staff were lively though a day is a very handy location.

in need of a refurb I think.

The building looks very nice from the outside. I booked a room for £70 and was offered what I thought was a superior room for £20 more which I did. It was a waste of £20. If I paid £70 for the room I stayed in I would say it was just about OK but £90 was to much. Creeking floorboards all over the hotel, you can't walk down the corridors without making loads of noise and you can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms when walking past to. Breakfast was pretty poor. The 2 bits of toast was about 2" wide and round. Bit disappointed. I have to go back to Fort William i March, I will be staying at the premier inn next time!

Really nice

Hotel was really nice although could be doing with a bit of freshening up, decor was a bit tired, apart from that, I would return to this hotel on going back to Fort William, food was superb, cleanliness was spot on, staff very helpfully and friendly.

Freundlicher Empfang, gute Lage und ebenfalls gute Möglichkeiten um sich zu verpflegen. Definitiv wieder eine Station bei der nächsten Schottland-Rundreise.

Einen Tag kein Wasser, wurde am Vorabend angekündigt. Danach gab es wieder Wasser aber nur kalt und such keine Heizung bis zur Abreise. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung bei dem Auschecken.

Praktisches Hotel

Hat genügend PPL, Hotelservice war O.k leider kein Lift, war alles O.K einzig die Abrechnung mit dem Nachtessen wurde falsch kommuniziert, durch das wollte sie es doppelt verrechnen, sonst alles I.O
