Great location in a walkable distance from the centre. Room was very clean and quiet. Check-in was fast and the staff were polite and friendly. Wi-fi was reliable. We would recommend staying here.

The property is well located. There are no lifts, so if you have heavy luggage be sure to request a room on the ground floor. The room is a nice size and the beds are comfortable. We had breakfast on our first morning there, and did not return the second morning. The quality and variety of the offering was not good value for the price.

This place was absolutely fantastic! We booked this for a few nights while we stayed in Inverness. I have extreme allergies to dogs and cats which makes it very tough to find accomodations. I cant stay in a place that has previously housed pets. Thankfully this place does not allow pets which immediately made it the most accessible stay for me. We got there and were checked in by what I'd call the kindest gentlemen you ever did meet. He checked us in and gave us a map of the whole place, and then highlighted three things: the common walking route we'll need, the best things to see in the city, and the locations of the best pubs and restaurants in the town. I even asked him further where he'd personally eat and his recommendations were absolutely top shelf. This man had good taste! We took several of the recommendations and were very well satisfied. Our room was a kind size bed. I'd say it was very cozy and comfortable. Had one of the best sleeps of my life! I found the place relatively quiet as well and perfectly clean. They had breakfast which I personally thoroughly enjoyed! A lot of options and all of it good quality. The location was no less that five minutes walk from the center of town and very close to the cathedral. It's perfect to walk in and around Inverness. Service wise, you couldn't ask for better

Bathroom shower door didn’t close all the way, causing a leak. Otherwise it was exactly what I needed as a solo traveler only staying one night.

A very lovely stay in Inverness, a well kept property with friendly efficient staff, where nothing was too much trouble. I had t leave early on the first morning but the breakfast was excellent on the second morning

This is just a lovely property in a nice neighborhood that is conveniently located. Walking distance to a grocery store and food options. City centre is within walking distance, as well. The building has a historic feel, but the rooms are clean and updated. The only downside is that there is no dedicated parking. Guests have to park on the street, which is paid and limited. We didn't experience issues with finding parking, but it could be a problem depending on when you arrive/depart each day. Still, we would absolutely stay there again and recommend it. If you stay at Ardross Glencairn, do yourself a favor and eat at Alba Kitchen. The food is amazing and a great value. Alba Kitchen is located a few blocks away in the Social Club & Centennary Club. It's wonderful, local spot to eat and enjoy a beverage.

It was lovely to revisit after many years and I was not disappointed. It was a brief overnight while travelling and I will not hesitate to book when I next visit Inverness. Location, welcome, service and facilities perfect for us.

The only thing I liked about this property is the location. It’s an easy walk to town centre. The 2 twin bed room was very plain, one pillow, hand soap for toiletries, up 2 flights of stairs through an ugly hall. No decaf coffee, no little cookies. Nothing special to think they appreciated you as a guest. I would not stay here again. The breakfast was ok.
