Can't beat the location, its directly located at the river bank, few minutes from the castle and to the shops and bus stations on foot . Staff are friendly rooms are clean food is good.

Great location and view

Everyone is friendly. It is very central and has a great view to the river. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Great hotel - very clean.

Pros: Cleanliness and great value for money.
Cons: Hopefully, Glenmoriston Townhouse Hotel continue to be a fab, very clean and reasonably-priced hotel.
Stayed at this hotel for a weekend break. The room we stayed in was the Kind Deluxe River View. Room was very clean (something you would expect from a 5-star hotel) and spacious! Staff were friendly. Good location, nice view of the river. Excellent value for money!

overpriced

The room we had looked nothing like the pictures. It was in the annex. Small, damp and tired. The bathroom was dated and the shower very poor. For nearly £200 pounds the room was overvalued by about 300%. I would avoid in the future.

Die receptionistin war mässig freundlich, man fühlte sich nicht sehr willkommwn... die lage des hotels war sehr gut... Wir haben für 3 Erwachsene reserviert und anscheinend ein appartement bekommen wo das sofabett für kinder gerechnet ist... es war sehr unbequem und für Erwachsene fast unmöglich darauf zu schlafen. Leider hat das zimmer auch nach abgestandenem essen (gebratener speck oder so) gerochen... vielleicht müsste man de dampfabzug reinigen. Leider haben wir nach dem duschen auch vergeblich einen föhn gesucht... so war dieser aufenthalt der schlechteste auf unserer schottlandtour😢 wir würden dieses hotel nicht mehr buchen, da wir coole unterkünfte hatten inkl. Schlossübernachtung und dieses hotel fast das teuerste war auf unserer tour... preis/leistung sehr schlecht!!
