Stayed at the River Ness Hotel and it was amazing all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even organised a trip on Loch Ness and booked a taxi for us.Beautiful and clean everywhere and bed was so so comfortable didn’t want to get up😊especially with black out curtains.. Everything is on the doorstep with some amazing bars with live music , all the shops are close by as is the railway station and bus station ..Can’t rate this hotel enough and we will definitely be back again.Thank you for everything including my partners birthday card and chocolates it was very kind .. Well done River Ness Hotel keep up the hard work.

Over priced. It’s somewhere we wouldn’t stay again. Nothing particularly good or terrible about it, but for the price and compared to every where else we were staying over our 3 weeks traveling in Scotland, this was our least favorite. Value for money & experience didn’t add up. Staff were nice enough.

River Ness Hotel was lovely! The hotel is beautifully furnished, the staff are excellent, and the location is truly ideal. We enjoyed 5 nights here in comfy beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was also very good and we had one meal at dinner time which was also delicious. They took excellent care of us - would absolutely stay again!
