Great experience

Staff were amazing really accommodating, friendly and helpful. Room was a little too warm although there was an A/C it was quite noisy when on. Food was lovely too.

Fine for the budget

Stay was ok, location was convenient. Hotel had some WiFi connectivity issues in the top floor for one day. There was also a small leak from the airco. The water kept falling into side of the basin and kept dripping onto the floor. Apart from that everything was fine. Food was alright and checkin and check out process was easy.

Good clean comfortableand convenient place to stay forour purpose. TV not working in our room and fixed in half an hour. Complimentary pint for the hassle -nice touch. Would use again.

Staff were lovely! Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard buffet but tasted delicious and we constantly replenished. Hotel was standard cheap and cheerful - satisfactory for a 2 night stay to explore Leeds and a day trip over to York.
