Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, smart room. Comfy beds. Good facilities, very good breakfast. Excellent value. Hotel looking very good after refurbishment. Large (free) carpark. Have stayed a number of times over the last two years. All good.

Checking in was straightforward, staff friendly, everything we needed in room, good parking. If we had one gratique, that would be when breafast is served, we are used to hotels being from 7am and here itv was 8am, which was a bit too late for us as we had to set off early.

Staff excellent - could be the best part of the experience. Room spacious if slightly dated - very quiet, comfy bed, nice wardrobes, good work space, iron plus ironing board, hairdryer, kettke etc. Restaurant very good. Good variety of food on offer with everything I ate cooked fresh. Proper bar as well. Excellent on site parking. Not my first stay at this hotel and won't be my last.

“The staff were very friendly, which we appreciated. There were just a couple of minor issues — the bin hadn’t been emptied, and a cup with coffee granules was left behind (which wasn’t ours). Otherwise, the stay was good.”

Staff were very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good with a great hot selection, plus good healthy options. I have stayed in larger chain hotels and the breakfast at The Corn Mill Lodge is far better! Proper tea and with tea pots!! Room was clean, couldn't open the windows though, and I like fresh air at night. The only niggly point was battling the shower curtain when the shower was on full... it was like wrestling with a newspaper in high winds!! Great quiet stay, will stay again definitely. Thank you!

We stayed here for a party at the hotel and it was all really lovely. The greeting at reception was great and as it was weekend we had breakfast included which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean with everything we could need - the bed and pillows were super comfy. The function room was nice too with a lovely buffet and friendly bar staff, A really lovely stay with super staff
