Excellent location, very good buffet breakfast, nice rooms. Only negative was that the bathroom needed some ventilation

Dear guest Thank you for your review following your stay with us. I’m pleased you enjoyed our hotel location and new revised breakfast menu. I take note of your comments relating to the ventilation and will pass that to our Maintenance Manager

Hotel was as expected- clean, friendly, good breakfast offering and everything you needed was available in the room. Only downside was had to move rooms due to loud music coming from room next door. Thin walls and internal connecting doors only made sound travel easier. Moving rooms was no problem for staff and issue resolved immediately and didn't impact our stay.

Not all it is cracked up to be

Pros: Good hot power shower
Cons: The price should include parking and breakfast
I booked this hotel as it was perfect for a meeting I had the following morning. Up on arrival I was told to park in a local NCP carpark at an additional cost of £10. My booking was not on their system even though I had a confirmation email. I was charged £145 room only, not even a breakfast included for that price. On arrival at room 218 it was spacious and clean but very cold and the laminated flooring had seen better days, the best part of the room was the hot power shower. All in all I would not recommend nor want to stay here again, you can get better value at other hotel chains which includes onsite parking and breakfast in the room rate.

Good hotel close to Curve Theatre

Pros: I liked the service, which was professional and kind. Especially the receptionist from Madrid was kind and helpful.
Cons: Room service would be a good option to have. Or a fridge in the room.
I chose Ramada Encore Leicester for its proximity to Curve Theatre. Upon arrival an, in fact, every time I interacted with the hotel staff, service was excellent. The room was clean and airy, I appreciated the wood floors. The hotel itself was quiet and neat. I did stay up late on Friday and Saturday nights due to the noise coming down from the street below (people partying), but it didn't last terribly late, only till about 1am or so, and I didn't have to be up very early on either following morning, so it was only a mild annoyance, really. The shower was good, better than most hotels I've stayed in. Water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water (and the water temperature didn't fluctuate). If I'm ever back in the Leicester to see another play, this is the hotel I'll be staying in.
