Communication was really bad not answering calls emails etc ,held my deposit for 8 days after i had an email confirming room was left ok , wifi didnt work mattress was awful, bolt on room door didnt work

Overnight stay to take my daughter to university

Poor directions, no warning expensive John Lewis Parking, long walk with luggage, apartment very cold, lift out of order, building combination didn’t work below zero outside, room smelt of smoke multiple burns throughout, oven full of burnt old food, furniture broken, deductions from debit card without authority, Bathroom dirty, communal area unlocked felt unsafe, rubbish in communal areas, texts ignored by management, cleaners pushy pre check out time, tv not working insufficient signal .... a stressful place to stay and no apology made i’m Still waiting
