The check in process was very smooth and the staff were polite and helpful, the room was a good size and very clean. The kitchen area was fabulus altough i was only spending one night so didnt really use it. The q park next door was very convenient and only a short walk from the Hotel.

The breakfast was severely underwhelming, I understand the business might’ve been short staff, but we waited at least 25-30 minutes just for tap water and a latte. Another 15 goes by, I’m already really hungry, the waiter came, the egg Benedict’s (poached egg with avocado), wasn’t worth the value, only one sourdough, wasn’t filling. We also ordered steak, eggs and potatoes. They were seasoned nicely but the steak were very rubbery.

Overall - very good. Hotel was spotless with good size room and facilities and excellent breakfast and service. Improvements - very small trickle of water in bathroom sink although shower was excellent. Bar was not open in the afternoon and closed very early in the evening and no bar room service.
