Perfect hotel in the city centre.

We have stayed here approx 10 times. Great hotel in Manchester for what is not ridiculous money. My only reason for knocking a star off comfort is the quilt covering the mattresa. The breakfast is superb! Now yoy can get your own coffee they are amahing it out of the park!

Excellent hotel for a city break

Quick city break with my toddler who love the views to the tram. Convenient location, close to Piccadilly Station and square. Clean and modern. Friendly reception staff too.

Room was decent size and clean but I surprised to hear that there is no arrangements for heating up baby milk or any other alternative for baby milk. It was really disappointing as we have stayed in other hotels and they have arrangements for that. This should he addressed otherwise this is not a family friendly hotel.

Good location. Staff were brilliant. Soundproofing around the doors needs to be improved, we could hear every word spoken in the corridor. Booked a junior suite for some extra space and a bath. It’s a Holiday Inn, so it wasn’t anything fancy, but the extra space which was welcome. It was clean.
