Great location for visiting Canal Street. Reception staff are great and rooms always very clean. Ideally located near the station too

I really enjoyed my stay . The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable. Next to many pubs, markets , shops .

Sadly very poor stay, booked two rooms for family catch up in between radiotherapy Session, one of the rooms did not have any heating on one of the coldest night's of the year, room was so cold and staff did bring us up a additional duvet but room was so cold by then it made no difference

Hotel was very convenient right in the heart of the city. The staff were helpful. Bed was comfy and bathroom very nice. Our only issue was the heating in the room was non existent. We got a portable heater from reception that just about warmed the room. We visited with other family and the 2 other rooms were freezing cold.
