Really disappointed by this property. Sat in lobby until room was available after 7pm and paid for an upgraded room, but was given a room viewing the building next door. Spoke to manager at the desk, but she said she had no available options. Really expected more from our stay.

The room was very tight and lakes a functional design. For example, the table was very large and there was no dresser and only two chairs (whereas the room is designed to accommodate 4 guests). The bathroom didn't have hooks or bars to hang the towels after the shower. The staff didn't refresh the supplies such as towels, tea bags and sugar (we had to ask each time). We asked more than once to clean the floor but it wasn't. The pool was freezing and not heated and there was no heated indoor pool either. Just to mention a few issues.

We were snowed into Newark nj and our flight was canceled. By the time we arrived in Florida we had missed both check-in and check out. I notified the hotel immediately but they refused to refund for this situation which was not my fault So I will NEVER book there again. The room fee with surcharges etc was over $750 which feels like a lot to lose because of a snowstorm I couldn’t control
