Great place.

The accommodation was great, however collecting and dropping of keys was a bit faffy as I was on my own. It would be great if you were going as a couple.

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable. Easy to pick up the key from the safe and convenient to drop it back in the letter box. Exactly what I needed for my short stay

Apartment at Milton Keynes good located.

The apartment is really good located, clean and very spacious. Anything you need to spend some days at Milton Keynes

Ok but no support after 5pm

Flat was fine but if you have any problems after 5pm you are on your own. For example the fiat was a bit cold and looked everywhere but could not find any controls for the heating

Misleading description and sub-standard apartment

I had several issues with the whole package; see below some of the main points 1. I did not get the apartment I had booked and paid in full. It was smaller and with no balcony. 2. The apartment had many defects. For example, broken tiles in bathrooms, broken blinds, broken toilet roll holder, broken lock to bathroom, broken sliding doors to wardrobe, kitchen lights not working, TV remote not working, apartment was dirty and not cleaned. I have made a formal complaint, so far Hotel.com have not replied.
