Worth the stay

The stay was really good but with two exceptions which were as follows: No telephone for communication to reception which was not great as we were on the fifth floor. The shower was very poor in relation to the water pressure which was quite low.

Wonderful staff helped us in every way - including extra dedication after my wife strained her ankle out walking in town Clean rooms, excellent location for transport and nightlife. Less than five minutes walk from Central Station and a short walk to the Quayside, bridges and Newcastle shops and markets. Will definitely stay again!

It was good stay, however for the price they should have included breakfast. No biscuits in the room too! I have stayed in many places around Newcastle but coffee tea biscuits will always be there

Hotel was fine but there was a very loud night club next door that kept us up til 2 am, and on a Tuesday and Wednesday, not the weekend. So despite the hotel being nice I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was much smaller and very different than the picture on the website. The toilet and bathroom was tiny with sliding door that kept opening so no privacy when going to the bathroom if you are travelling with a companion. The general cleanliness was not bad, but you could see hair on the bed sheets. I won’t be returning to this hotel in my future visits.
