Very centrally located hotel which was excellent value. Rooms and bathrooms quite small but amazing for the price. Would be better with just a large shower than shower over bath. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff friendly and helpful, especially the room cleaning lady. Interesting old building. Would definitely stay again.

Grey Street Hotel has a welcoming vibe. Friendly and efficient staff for example Alex on Reception and Toni in the Breakfast room. The rooms were spotless with the most comfiest bed ever in a hotel that I have stayed in. The breakfast choice was amazing and hot stuff well cooked and delicious. Will definitely be back again.

Stayed overnight as I was going to theatre. Hotel is in a great location in centre of town, and only a 5 minute walk to the Theatre Royal. Very clean and spacious room with en suite containing both a bath and shower. Well equipped room containing safe and fridge as well as usual tv etc. Good quality (Ringtons) tea selection on refreshment tray which included breakfast tea as well as earl grey, peppermint, lemon, etc alongside Ringtons biscuits, hot chocolate and coffee. Great nights sleep on a really comfortable bed, and breakfast was good quality, with plenty of choice. Would certainly use this hotel again.

Great choice but would benefit from a refurb

A lovely distinctive and characterful hotel. Great staff, superb location in the heart of the action. On the downside, the WiFi didn’t work in our room. And the shower door didn’t close so soaked the bathroom floor every time. Just needs a bit of a refresh I think.
