Staff were great room ok, better menu needed. The area around is awful, so much redevelopment and poor upkeep of buildings. Views fro hotel restaurant brilliant especially the sunsets.

Great for dogs

Fantastic place to stay, cheap, clean rooms, good location and very good if you have a dog, they have a dog garden right beside the 5 allocated dog friendly rooms

Good location friendly helpful staff, excellent size bedroom with a beach view really good outside beer garden and views, on-site car parking. The down side, the Hotel now looking tired, considering it’s location is a shame.

Usual quality service from this hotel. The welcoming Easter Egg was a touch of class. No problem in returning here.

Very close to the beach with great sea views. Unfortunately the lift was not working and the hotel was waiting to have the lift repaired, the hotel was very apologetic and this was understandably out of their control.

The hotel was perfect for a few nights ...room fine...shower good with decent force... Pub part was good for breakfast and evening meal...also had entertainment on the friday night...great views from outdoor seating area...all staff lovely... No issues with the hotel it was just the area outside had alot of tired looking buildings...closed shops... Did have a morrisons opposite which handy as forgot a few things ....burger king...domino's and a few chinese We hadnt pre booked parking which was limited spaces but we parked over the road which was £12 per 24 hours in the station car park...you could pay it all.in one go...display the ticket and not have to go back each day to put on a new ticket... It suited everything we needed for a weekend

Rooms tired, stained and mouldy ceiling (Room 202). Hot water took ages to arrive at basin. Room seemed damp and fusty. Room next door had visitors every 20 minutes during the night. Works going on at adjacent property in the night using sanding machines intermittently.
