Old now so we’ll maintained hotel.

The hotel is old and not well maintained. The front desk clerk sat on her phone when we checked in and I had to reach over the counter to give her my license. She was too busy FaceTiming someone. The refrigerator knob was broken and the fridge either was warm or froze everything. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom shower grout was black. The doors did not close well and everyone had to slam them shut. The only good thing was the proximity to the falls.

Property is at walkable distance of all attractions . However staff and amenities are not really upto the mark.We wanted 4 rooms at same floor and we called ahead couple of times to make sure . When we reached in the midnight , they did not honor this . Breakfast was just average . overall condition was not clean . walkways were filled with smoking smell

It was perfect for our night in town. Clean, comfy and close to Niagara Falls - walking distance to all the attractions and lots of nearby food options. Parking was only $10. Very happy with our stay.

This hotel is a great location and pretty good considering the area and options that are around. It was convenient having breakfast for our 2 nights stay so we could just go out and check out the beautiful Niagara State Park.

El hotel a pesar de ser un poco antiguo estaba en buenas condiciones y limpio, las camas eran cómodas y ofrecen un desayuno bastante variado y el precio nos pareció bastante cómodo, sin embargo lo que más nos gusto fue la cercanía al Parque Estatal Cataratas del Niagara, ya que dejamos el carro en el hotel y fuimos a conocerlas caminado, 100% recomendado
