Honeymoon Weekend

We had a great experience in our King corner suite. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only negative were the pillows. They were so soft and flat as pancakes. Definitely recommend some firm pillows for a more comfortable sleep.

Property was nice and clean. Just DO NOT use the phone in the room to make a outgoing call unless it’s a absolute emergency . We couldn’t find my cell phone that was lost in our room somewhere so we used the room phone twice for 10 seconds each time and were charged $15 a minute for a long distance call. My phone number is a local number!! $30 for 20 seconds is crazy and robbery!!!

Loved the casino slot machine options as well as the restaurant options. Staff were nice and courteous. Room was clean except for a spot on the carpet. Beautiful view.

The parking for the hotel was very unclear it took an hour to figure out where to park to unload to get to the hotel. The confirmation had the address for the casino which is another part of the hotel. Almost every gate was closed to enter parking.

The hotel and the room was nice and clean. On the 17th floor the view was ok, but the NY side of niagra is nothing special. The pool was a little lackluster. It was only 4ft deep and it was pretty small. The only late night restaurant/room service is over priced. You can smell smoke from the casino. We could only smell it in the main lobby of the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay. I would go there again.
