The property is very clean and updated. The location to the Niagara Falls is very convenient as well. However, the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. While in line, you have to wait until the three of them finish their conversation to help the next customer. This happened on a Monday during check in and also on Friday during checkout. When you ask a question they h very standard answers and keep repeating it but will not use the computer to look the information up or call for information. It was past 4pm and the rooms were not ready. Due to this, the lobby had alot of people waiting around for their rooms. When I got my room, she said she "found" me one because mine was not ready, even though it was after check-in time. I got a piece of paper typed on Microsoft with the restaurant list. However, not all restaurants have take-out. If you have a kid with you, you have to be escorted everytime to the other side to be able to eat with them because the cafe and other restaurants are on the opposite side of the hotel. One time I had to walk through the alley outside because the security told us there was no escort and we couldn't cross. Even though I have to say, the security is the friendliest staff you will come across at this property! I had an issue with overcharging as well, the staff kept telling Expedia they didnt charge me and I had the receipt that they did. There was alot of going back and forth with this as well due to the hotel staff not being very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Seneca Niagara which has several dining options and a lovely atmosphere. The room service staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, also.

Hotel was nice alittle upsetting for the price for top floor suite to have broken coffee maker and shelf it was on board was broken and wood shavings on floor but nice view, casino was a bad experience would avoid that, couldnt get drinks staff was horrible, area around the hotel is so run down with abandoned buildings across the street very high prices for a drink of dont eat at the casino they didnt know what medium rare was for a burger said either done or well done so weird on that then gave it to us both undercooked so bad we decided not to eat it so loss of 55 bucks for 2 burgers and fry, drinks were very expensive as well my suggestion is go somewhere around the casino to get drinks and food

This is a great hotel. Great pool. The hotel is Attached to the casino. Niagara Falls is walkable Great place to visit. Food restaurant options around the property and in the casino could be better If you can go mid week it’s cheaper.

We stayed in a King sized smoking room. As a smoker, it didn't smell musty. Usually it's easy to smell even as a smoker. The bed was comfortable, the only thing that bothered me was the burn marks on the sheets, and how thin the bottom sheet was. You could see the stains on the mattress. There weren't a lot of restaurants to choose from. The same as the last time we went, which was probably 6+ years ago. Was hoping for a change or at least a new restaurant. We ended up ordering room service. The food was delicious and the portions were large. The server was very nice. We lost at the casino. I didn't hear anything about big winners. It would've been better to play at Finger Lakes Casino. At least you know if someone won, and you can play longer without losing money so quickly. The American side of the Falls was close to the casino, so we walked and did a little site seeing. Not a lot of restaurants there either, unless you like Indian food. At 10PM there was a small fireworks show. It was very nice.
