The hotel was good and they had a decent continental breakfast. We had to switch rooms after checking into the hotel because the door was broken on our first room. Other than that issue the rest of the hotel was fine.

Room was ok. Two conjoined rooms had only one bathroom with toilet inside which is a big problem. Main problem is the staffs are terrible. It felt like they were on a job they had no interest in doing. Some even didn’t feel like speaking. Some would speak rude when asked something.

Stayed from 10/10/25-10/12/25- this room was not stocked and cleaned. There was no soap in the bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper, no tissue and a dirty microwave. The door to the room was faulty. The ac is extremely loud. The floors were dirty. It is close to all of the attractions but I wouldn’t recommend this place

My experience at the reception desk was severely disappointing. The employee who assisted us (white girl) was extremely rude and unprofessional, which negatively impacted our arrival. Good hospitality was not provided, and for that reason, I cannot recommend this establishment. She was sarcasticlly asking for a review so here it is. Separately, while the hotel facilities were acceptable, please be aware that the rooms are not soundproof.😆

There is no excuse for dirty hotel rooms. This place is very poorly managed. The room itself was not bad, but whoever is cleaning them clearly do not know or care about cleanliness. Wyndham hotels should send in upper management to inspect their hotels to save their reputation of being a quality hotel chain. The breakfast was very poor. The cheapest basic stuff. I would never stay here again

I would not recommend Wingate by Wyndham in Niagara Falls, NY based on my recent stay. From check-in to check-out, the experience fell short of what I would expect from a Wyndham property. The check-in process immediately set the tone. Instead of a warm welcome, the front desk staff felt cold and unaccommodating. Even though I had already checked in through their online portal and uploaded my ID for a supposedly “faster check-in,” the staff insisted on seeing my ID again. It made me wonder what the point of uploading documents beforehand was if they weren’t actually used. There was no effort to explain anything about the property or even offer a friendly greeting. Instead, the staff asked for my car’s plate number, which I didn’t provide since I wasn’t driving. Rather than resolving it smoothly, he turned to his colleague, saying my reservation indicated I had a car, something I never entered in the first place. The whole interaction felt mechanical and unfriendly. When I asked about breakfast, instead of explaining the details, the staff just handed me a small piece of paper and dismissed me with a vague “you can go up to your room.” It didn’t feel welcoming at all, and as a guest, I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than someone they wanted to assist. The property itself also had issues. During my stay, one of the elevators was broken, which caused long waits for the only working elevator.
