I’ve used this hotel a lot - fantastic location for everything the city has to offer and a 12 o’clock check out. Good sized and quiet, comfy rooms and amenities. Good customer service. Comfy beds. Only one small thing - bathroom door (glass) needs a really good clean. Everywhere else spotless and not sure why this wouldn’t be the same but maybe simply overlooked. Otherwise, always my favorite go to hotel in Nottingham

The room was fabulous, it had a really comfy bed, the pillow's were perfect, the room itself was extremely spacious, there were little extras like we had biscuits left with the tea and coffee and an ice bucket which we used. The towells in the bathroom were huge and soft. The reception staff were super friendly and we were able to check in really early when we arrived instead of having to leave our luggage. Excellent hotel.

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. Fine for a basic stay in the centre if you can’t find another that meets your needs. The reception staff were fine although there was a brief interrogation when arriving back into the hotel in the evening to prove you were staying there - not sure if they get people coming in off the street from bars etc. There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything from indoors and outside.

Really nice room, large for the price. TV is always top notch to use and internet speeds decent enough for streaming and working. Only thing I felt was lacking was breakfast. After seeing how great the hotel looks in all other areas I expected a breakfast on the same level but it felt very underwhelming. Wasn’t much selection but good enough to fill yourself up.
