Was just a little odd to have arrived at 2:07pm (check in from 2pm) and be told they needed to check the room was ready. I said surely it should be check in is from 2pm and she said well yes but sometimes because of people leaving late ect... it wasnt an issue in the end as the room was ready but the main reason we had booked this accomadation was the 2pm check in as we needed to be ready and out just after 4pm

Staff were brilliant, lobby and communal areas were lovely. Overall a good stay and would stay again. The room was nice and cool with a comfy, clean bed and a good TV. On a small note, For what we paid for the room (£115 midweek) i would have expected a little bit more from the room. It was in need of some repair, peeling paint, cracks in ceiling, marks on walls, the shower screen was broken, and the sealant in the bathroom was mouldy.

Comfortable room, really quiet and cosy. Appreciated the complimentary water, tea, coffee and biscuits. Bathroom was spotless with great water pressure and nice toiletries. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Would very happily stay again
