What a wonderful view of Portree Bay from the dining room and the lawn in front of the hotel. The staff were all lovely snd so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at Cuillin Hills and will not be the last. Stayed in Premier Deluxe Room w/ Sea View (room 44). Through the balcony doors, looking out onto the Portree harbour and the rolling Cuillin Hills beyond. The room itself was great - spacious, with a top of the range bathroom (bath and shower) and top notch amenities. Hotel has gone to immense amount of effort to accommodate during the pandemic, ensuring everyone feels safe and secure, with social distancing expertly managed between the different dining rooms, hallways and reception areas. Breakfast was superb - range of hot and cold options - and breathtaking views from both restaurant areas. Staff were friendly and hospitable throughout, making custom cocktails, waiting tables promptly and serving our every need. Only two small items to raise that could have been improved: - cobwebs found on the chandelier in the room. Raised at checkout and advised it would be sorted before next guest joined - on previous stay, Isle of Skye soap was provided in the room. Excellent soap and a really nice, local touch. Assume this has been paused during COVID and would restart once things back to some form of normal. Thanks to all at Cuillin Hills and see you soon!

At dinner in the restaurant the server arrive with a drink that I didn’t ask for, I was staying that night so the dinner was charged to my room. Next day on my checking out I ask for the ticket from last night dinner (because the invoice that they give you didn’t specify the items that you have been charged for) and I saw that the drink was charged on my table. I explained to the person at the lobby and she gave me back the amount for the drink. Advise: server’s at times are too stress so be aware of it and try not spect from them to remember everything... check twice!! it’s worth some money... everything else it was, to be fare, lovely.
