Room was horribly dirty. My child had black feet just from walking on the room floor. Staff was rude. Asked for towels and blankets that we did not receive. Ended up leaving early because it was horrible.

I woke at 4AM to the sound of the toilet overflowing. I called the front desk told the worker what was happening he deplied with, "no," and hung up the phone . I called 20 minutes later a d was told nothing could be done until 9AM. I explained why this was not acceptable and he reported that he would bring me a plunger that I would have to you myself. I called afew mkde times and at 6AM he came to our room with a key for another one demanding the key to the one we were in. We were in our beds whe he came banging on the door a d he was not happy about having to wait for the door to be opened. When he entered the room he looked in the bathroom and demanded to know what we did. We reported this to another desk clerk and have yet to hear from management

Not a bad location- just average. Staff was nice, rooms were ok but the floors were disgusting. Our socks were black from walking around. Area is very noisy at night. Next time we'll try the one on Rt. 9 which seems its in a much better area as well.

We were in the inside upstairs and tbe rooms are great!! Staff was amazing. They were redoing the parking lot so parking was limited but that wouldn't be a issue on going.

Receptionist discriminated against my service dog. She asked for her ID when by law you can only ask what task she performs. She tried to charge me for her as well. I have never paid a pet fee for a service dog. Would they charge me for a wheel chair? I gave the lady a card explaining the law and she admitted she did not know the law that governs service dogs. Our room smelled like smoke. The receptionist insisted it didn’t but there were ash marks on the bed. She gave us some Fabreeze. She was very rude all around. So disappointing. I tried to call Expedia to get a refund and was going to drive home but Expedia took me on a wild goose chase on the phone and then disconnected me. So frustrating. Had to put in my order number and a code and this and that and I only had my phone so I could not go back and fourth between screens and the AI hung up before I could enter everything.

Would not normally stay in a Rodeway Inn. and nevr pay $260 a night, however due to MArist Unviversity parent week...room prices were off the chart . For that weekend same room were going for $450 US. UNBELIEVALE. In college town stay away on Parent week and big fottball match ! Notwithsatnding name on the sign. Room was fine very clean and so was the hotel. Neighbourhood seem a little rough, but no incidents.

Room was clean and of decent size. Staff wasn't the most attentive; we had a non-flushing toilet and told them of this in the a.m. Later that day it still hadn't been fixed so I called the front desk and they asked me to come get the plunger. Also, WIFI was very poor so don't plan on getting much work done if you are staying here.

I do not often write low reviews, but this stay was beyond appalling: 3 out of 4 lights in the room were burned out. This is probably a bonus because it made it harder to see the dirt, scratches and scrapes all over the room. The toilet was downright filthy (I wish there was a way to attach a photo) and the smell ... I had to relay set all of my clothes because they smelled like the roo. Which was nearly unbearable. I only supposed to stay for one night and got up a 5 am to check out and leave because I could not stand being in that room any longer.
