Spa was outstanding and the staff, bedrooms was clean and tidy all what you wanted but room 301 needs new window hinges draughty and noise comes through but beds were comfortable Bar staff were lovely and polite could do with a better food menu and a lovely pint I would definitely stay again it deserves its 4 stars

I have been going to this hotel for numerous years now, the facilities are great that you get to use the spa, rooms are nice and bathrooms are clean. However, the service is not good. Having been three times in the last two years, the service is getting worse. On this occasion the restairant and bar services have become very poor, slow. The amenities have been good so we have been bavk repeatdly, but now we will noot come back.

Decent hotel, what you'd expect from a Mercure

Only needed somewhere to sleep whilst working in the area so didn't explore too much more than the breakfast and bedroom. Was nice enough.
