Lowry hotel but no Lowry pictures? The only reference was the Do not disturb sign! As a relative of LS Lowry I was hoping to see more about my 4th cousin!! At least the trip to the Lowry theatre was what I really hoped for

Furniture in the room I’d looking tatty, holes in chair, loose tiles in bathroom, stains on carpet and furniture badly marked. Not what you expect for a 5 star. Food was just ok for the price. Concierge very helpful. Just average. I’m booked in again for July and wish I could change it, overall disappointing

Average at best. Was expecting more but not all that to be honest. Rough round the edges. Broken table in room. Mini bar full of previous guests food. Restaurant chairs had tears in the leather seats. Generally just a bit worn down for hotel that’s offering 5 star stay. There’s nicer places in Manchester. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.
