The hotel is a little tired. I stayed 2 nights for Nationals ice hockey tournament. Hotel was great for that purpose. Disappointed that thermal soa wasn't available.

Clean and comfortable rooms. However the TV was complicated and did not work. We also booked two rooms and one had a poor bathroom which was intended for an elderly or disabled person. I complained and we were moved to a better room. We had dinner on our second night at the hotel and it was very poor sub-standard pub food.

Ideal location, room was ok but when we stayed last year our room was much better. Toilet broke on first flush but was repaired the following day. We could hear the constant motion of the elevator going up and down throughout the night which was annoying.

The hotel is showing its age and issues pointed out on the last visit still not resolved. I have yet to stay in a decent accor group hotel, tgey just dont seem to care.

We choose this hotel so we could use and enjoy the spa facilities, unfortunately the thermal spa was out of use and we wasn’t informed of this at check in, which was very disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was a great location, staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if the spa was fully available.

Excellent value for money. Pool was lovely, breakfast good selection. Staff were amazing throughout the whole hotel definately an assett to the hotel. Looking a little tired in places and furniture in reception could do with a clean for stains but is very light colours. Overall would definately rwcommend it.

The best experience of being able to sleep and not roast alive. Large bedroom and bathroom. Great breakfast Great central location, Botanical plants in the glass arcade seem to flow into the hotel

This hotel is in desperate need of a make over. Getting a bit tired. Mattress was appalling, could feel the springs. Pool was nice and great location.

Excellent Hotel with Prime Central location

Excellent Hotel prime central position friendly, modern, clean,large room with king size comfortable bed and pillows. Tea/ coffee provided, fridge, excellent hot power shower.Excellent breakfast buffet style, plenty of variety. Excellent pool dissappointed sauna was out of service. Highly recommend
