We did not like the lighting in our room. Switches too confusing and too dark when all was on. No bedside table lights. Shower was lit well but hardly any shelf space and no hooks near shower for towels. It was not planned out very well.

Every aspect of this hotel was excellent. The staff were all exceptionally well trained and friendly. I own and run a business within hospitality and I know how hard it is to get to the Standard achieved at the Indigo Hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Stratford. It was easy to walk everywhere. The only issue we had was that the rooms seemed to have thin walls.

Amazing hotel, brilliant location, very friendly staff, def be back, only downfall was poor choice of drinks at the bar, no chardonnay, no beanded bacardi and no branded vodka, so we drank out.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. Everyone, from the front desk to the bat and restaurant was helpful and efficient. The hotel is in a beautiful Tudor building, in the center, an easy walk from all the sites. Wonderful spot!

Beautiful hotel, great room!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo. We stayed in the older, tudor part of the building (by request) and they were lovely and added to the experience of being in a historical town. Nicely decorated, lovely shower and bathroom, and fans and a portable aircon unit was waiting for us due to the heatwave. Nice amenities such as espresso machine in room, also there were bath robes but we didn't find them until it was too late, they were hidden in a bedside drawer!

This hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the Theatres in Stratford...only a short walk to the riverside. It is central for shopping & sight seeing. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the staff warm & friendly. We had a lovely time.
