Room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The welcome cookies were appreciated by my daughter. But the bath didn’t drain very well when showering and our room was near a fire door which was constantly banging each morning. Not ideal for a lie in!

We stayed 3 nights while going to the Shakespeare theatre. The hotel is in a great location only10 minutes walk from all the activity. As per the title we could find nothing wrong at all, Service was excellent as was hygiene and food. Definite y recommend it and will be staying there again in the future,

Amazing!

The hotel was rather central to the centre of town, about a 25 minute walk for me as I have mobility issues. Our room was extremely large, possibly the biggest room we’ve stayed in a hotel in the UK. We asked for a second armchair for the room and it was quickly provided. My only observations of our bathroom ( we had a shower over the bath) I feel the toiletries would have better better placed on the same wall as the shower as I kept hitting my arm on them while showering. Having said that and having mobility issues I was so pleased that thanks to the grab rail on the wall just above the bath and bath mat that was provided with a little bit of an effort I was able to get in and out of the shower without the assistance of my partner. There was a large variety of items available for breakfast, although we did find a few of the items could have been better. Eggs were a little in the rubbery side, and the beans like warm. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first evening and it was amazing Every staff member we had contact with were polite and courteous. All in all a fabulous hotel that I would definitely stay at again.

Nice stay

Overnight stay while attending a music event. Nice hotel, quite central. Car park fee of £8 was quite expensive in addition to the room & breakfast fee. Should be free for guests. Breakfast was good but was low on stock and had ran out of a few items when we went up to get ours.
