Best stay ever

Had to get away for a few days due to some renovations at home so decided on torquay, was going to look at the Travelodge or premier inn but hotels.com recommend this one, good price and free breakfast what could go wrong? NOTHING, it was an absolutely fantastic stay and thank you to all the staff, professional, welcoming and helpful. I feel totally refreshed.

Great for the price.

Perfect location, comfortable rooms, and free breakfast too! Friendly staff who were all too willing to accommodate us at breakfast. Smart TV however wasn’t very smart, and limited access to channels.

The Best Hotel in Torquay by far!

My daughter and I went to visit family and have to say this was the best hotel by far that we have stayed in whilst in Torquay. (we have used many over the years) They had thought of everything and the attention to detail was superb. I am Gluten Free, the breakfast area had GF bread and cereal well away from any cross contamination with a dedicated toaster just for GF bread. Will definitely stay again in the future.

3rd stay in this hotel. As always from front desk service to room .. very good. It’s now become our over night get away from stresses of life. My only request would be much firmer pillows. Love bedding but super soft pillows made it a restless sleep. Next time take my own 😊. Otherwise 10/10

Short stay

Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location with lift directly down to harbour road. We only stayed two nights and the only negatives would be no room service for new toiletries or teabags between nights. Also if you have a car and have mobility issues the car park is located fairly close but area very hilly. Would however return
