Maintenance Necessary and Hire More Staff

Bathroom lights did not work consistently. The light over the sink rarely worked! The microwave had a brown stain on the inside. NO BREAKFAST AT ALL and NOT EVEN FREE COFFEE in the morning. This hotel always says that they do not have enough staff. That excuse is getting very old over the past few years. Otherwise the room and bedding was fine, but the couch was hard as a rock. The thermostat in the second room I reseerved for my daughter and son-in-law DID NOT WORK. The heat would not rise above 68.

Hotel is Declining

I have also stayed here in the past. This stay was disappointing in room 327. It is not being maintained enough. The tub was very narrow making it difficult to take a shower. The infrastructure (pipes, etc.) were noisy throughout the night. The front side of the hotel is noisy from the busy road out front. Stay in the back. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is on a hill making it a bit of a hassle to park and hike up a long stairway. The second room i reserved for my daughter and son-in-law had a dirty bathroom when we walked in and we had to move to another room on the 5th floor.

We left a bunch of clothes in the hotel room went back the next day to retrieve the items and were told that nothing was found by housekeeping. Then we found out that the room was never reserved by new guests so we thought what we left there should still be there but NO. We will never stay at this property again
