Ok to stay dor a night

The location was easy to find and close to my business engagement. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was nice and hot and the bed was fairly comfy and breakfast was yummy. On the downside, the elevator was filthy and smelled of pot smoke and the floor in my room was really sticky; it felt gross to walk on it. The outlet on the nightstand was broken, so I had to rig a portable stand by the wall outlet to plug in my phone and ensure I would have an alarm. Not the worst Hampton i have stayed in, but it definitely could use some TLC.

My room was extremely dirty with other people’s hair in the bathroom. There was no grout around the bathroom floor and wal. I saw a water bug crawl back into the floor/wall before I could kill it. There was crumbs and dust through out the room. The walls are thin, I heard so much stomping from above.

This property was nice, but when I was leaving to grab my breakfast “grab and go” the front desk told me to see the worker at the breakfast. She told me to grab a fruit and that was it. That is not how grab and goes have gone on the corporate valve location.

I recently had a great experience at this establishment! Everything from the amenities to the service was top-notch. However, there was one aspect that stood out negatively the elevators. Unfortunately, they weren't clean during my visit. I believe regular maintenance and cleaning throughout the day would greatly improve the overall impression. It's a small detail, but it can make a big difference in how guests perceive their stay. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my time and would recommend this place!
