Partially friendly and professional staff. Rooms are subpar because carpets are worn and not steam cleaned properly. Had to change my room due to nasty stench. The other half of staff during the daytime hours have a “NY do it yourself” attitude.

Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, just wish there were a few more dairy free options. We also asked for a few things to be replenished in the room, and she seemed to be running low on a lot, but always gave me what she could. The room was clean and spacious, I’d definitely stay again!

Room was switched 4 times. First room was cold due to no heat. Second room the light wasn’t working . The switch cuts on then the light went out, third room was ok until the heat went out and was cold in the middle of the night. Terrible experience. This hotel needs total rehabilitation. Will never go back
