At first, the bathroom was a little uncomfortable because anyone could fall. There were also not enough towels. The bed is too hard and the sheets kept coming off the mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and very small. There was loud music playing until almost 1am which kept us awake, the hotel staff should have warned us. We will definitely not return to this particular hotel.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. When I put out the DND sign, they still followed up with me later to make sure I didn't need anything. Great service!

I was surprised the I was charged $ 295.00 upon checking in 200.00 of which I will get back but the other 95.00 was for services the really are no longer available at the hotel…
